Flintfox announces latest release of Trade Revenue Management software to help customers maximise revenue

New functionality in industry leading advanced pricing management solution includes unparalleled flexibility when designing trade agreements.

8 February, 2018 – Flintfox International, a leading global provider of Trade Revenue Management software solutions and ERP consulting services, announces new capabilities in Flintfox TPM v7.8, the latest release of its advanced Trade Revenue Management suite for Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Operations.

The latest version includes a range of new industry-leading features and add-on functionality that will enable customers to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue through improving the way they manage their pricing and promotions activity.

Increased revenue opportunity with enhanced ‘upselling’ capability

Instead of deals ‘automatically’ being applied to orders, new ‘manual pricing’ design functionality when setting up trade agreements, means that users now have greater flexibility around upselling. The discretion as to which deals should be applied to the order can now be provided to the user (in line with the organisation's procedures), and in a phone order situation where increasing the order will get a better break price, the user can use this knowledge to advantage by 'upselling' there and then, with the result of increased revenue.

More flexibility around ‘Free Goods’ setup

The new  version also includes Trade Agreement ‘Free Goods’ enhancements with the ability to cater for complicated and varied scenarios around ‘Free Goods’, sometimes referred to as Bonus Stock or BOGO (Buy-One-Get-One). The new features allow a single Trade Agreement pricing line to contain multiple pricing break levels, each with a different set of trigger conditions and rewards, allowing for example, customers to purchase quantities of a range of products and be rewarded with a quantity of completely different products.

Enhanced user experience

A range of other new features have also been developed to improve user experience and speed for setting up new trade agreements and claims. When importing and exporting of customer and vendor claim documents in various file formats, new import and export data packages based upon the Microsoft Data Management framework (DIXF) available in Dynamics 365 have been created. Many additional SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports are also now available using the native Microsoft cloud connection for Dynamics 365.
